Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the website technologentglobal.com and any services provided by Sihag Technologent And Research Publication Private Limited ("Technologent", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Technologent, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U73200RJ2022PTC080158, registered at 21, Shiv Shakti Vihar, Opposite Power House, Jaipur Road, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334001, India.

Technologent provides the following services:

• Web Development: Design and development of websites, web applications, and digital platforms.

• AdSense Integration: Building and optimizing websites for Google AdSense monetization, including ad placement strategy and performance optimization.

• Google Ads Management: Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

• Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising: Creation and management of advertising campaigns on the Microsoft Advertising network.

• Digital Consulting: Strategy, audit, and consulting services related to digital marketing and online revenue generation.

The specific scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before work commences.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver services.

• Ensure that any content, images, or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

• Comply with Google's AdSense Program Policies, Google Ads policies, and Microsoft Advertising policies at all times.

• Not engage in click fraud, invalid traffic generation, or any activity that violates platform terms of service.

• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required during the project lifecycle.

• Pay all invoices within the agreed payment terms.

• Payments are due as outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

• For web development projects, a minimum 50% advance payment is required before work commences.

• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• Ad spend budgets are client-managed directly through Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts; Technologent's management fees are separate.

• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. GST will be applied as per applicable Indian tax law.

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has commenced.

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website code, design assets) created specifically for them under the project.

• Technologent retains the right to use completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

• Third-party components, frameworks, plugins, and libraries used in development remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses.

• Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies developed by Technologent remain our intellectual property.

• AdSense and Google Ads accounts created on behalf of clients remain the property of the client once set up.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, technical specifications, and client data. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

• Technologent's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

• We do not guarantee specific AdSense earnings, ad campaign results, search engine rankings, or website traffic levels, as these depend on factors beyond our control including market conditions, platform algorithms, and user behavior.

• We are not responsible for changes to Google AdSense policies, Google Ads policies, or Microsoft Advertising policies that may affect your campaigns or monetization.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

• Technologent will hand over all completed deliverables and relevant account access.

• For monthly retainer services, the current month's fee is non-refundable.

• Ad campaigns will be paused or transferred as per client instructions.

Our services may involve third-party platforms including Google LLC (AdSense, Google Ads), Microsoft Corporation (Bing Ads), and other tools. We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.

Technologent reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
